Four people, including women, were injured by the military council's heavy weapons in Hakha, Chin State

The Chin Journal reports that there was a battle between the combined forces of the Chin Revolutionary Army against the Army of the Military Council. They fought for more than 2 hours this morning in the city of Hakha, Chin State.

This battle occurs on August 30th, around 6:00 am. When a battle broke out in Hakha Htar Ward, a shell fired by the Military Council hit some houses and exploded.

It was reported that three women and one man were injured when the ammunition exploded.

It is said that the weapon exploded while the families were having breakfast, and the injured were taken to Hakha Hospital.

In the battle, it is still under investigation whether the injured from military council and the Chin joint army if they were the most affected.  Contacting a CDF official in Hakha has not yet been connected.

The Chin National Front (CNF) spokesman Salai Chetni said in the last few days that the fighting between Hakha and Thantanglan in Chin State has also continued since the end of July until the end of August.

Mean while, The CNF / CNA and Chin Regional Defense Force (CDF) forces are fighting back together Military Council's forces who are attacking in region.
